Parade Prizes Presented

Best Community Group: St. Brendan's Park FC.

The Mayor of Tralee Cllr. Terry O'Brien has presented prizes to the winners of the best float, community group, youth band and best dressed window competition (Comórtas na bhFuinneog) at the recent St. Patrick's Day Parade and Festival.  The presentation took place in the Abbey Inn and was attended by members of the St. Patrick's Day Parade Committee including Chairman Cllr. Johnnie Wall, An Rúnaí, Risteárd Ó Fuaráin and Danny Leane.  The prize winners were:

Best Float: Slieve Mish Bar, Boherbee.
Best Community Group: St. Brendan's Park FC.
Best Youth Band: Gaelscoil Mhic Easmainn.
Appreciation Award: Con Sugrue, Boherbee.
